I would have given this 5 stars but for two reasons. 1: Files came zipped and I had to download a zip program to extract the CSV files. 2: It actually takes at least a few hours to receive the product link download as opposed to an automatic right after purchase, this wasted some time, however once I had it and was extracted it was what was described

Because there are so many files as they are separated by State, it is necessary to zip them all up as we cannot send yo ua download link for each separate file. there would be too many, and purchases sometimes need to be verified by us before we send the download , glad you were happy with the product. – Admin
