Sent wrong list at first
We have purchased from this company before, however we had received the wrong list at first and after we notified them we were sent the proper one, we had wasted a few days working with the wrong list so not happy about that.

This is a killer package for direct marketing.

File way too big, unable to download
This file was enormous, I timed out my connection twice trying to download it, customer service had sent me a new link with 2 smaller downloads instead of 1 and it worked, don’t know why they didn’t do that in the first place.
